CASE District I is proud to present a conference for all advancement professionals that promises to Light Your Flame and enhance your career. Whether you work in alumni relations, development, communications or marketing – as a key decision maker/chief advancement officer, a mid-level staff member or a new practitioner – the CASE District I Conference will Light Your Flame and inspire you with the latest trends, hot topics and best practices in Advancement.
The best advancement minds from a dynamic district will be on hand for a comprehensive conference geared for all advancement professionals. Over 700 participants are expected from across the district and will represent their diverse institutions. District I brings colleagues from independent schools to two-year colleges; small, private colleges to large, public universities and many Ivy League schools. This is a unique district and the conference will surely inspire and educate us all!
We encourage you to review the conference program as there have been many added enhancements for the 2008 Conference. This year’s conference will feature a strong Communications and Marketing Track with a special lunch on Monday featuring Communication Awards winners who will share their insights with you in roundtables, a Career Development Track providing you with skills that will enhance your personal career in advancement, a strong Independent School Track for colleagues looking to strengthen their efforts and of course dynamic tracks focused on Alumni Relations and Development. It may be hard to choose from the over 80 sessions planned for advancement professionals.
If you are new to the Advancement profession or interested in advancing your career, please review our Pre-Conference Workshops. Participants have found the New Professional Workshop and the Emerging Leaders Sessions to truly enhance their overall conference experience. This is a fantastic way to network with colleague from other institutions and will provide you with the tools to inspire you!
There will be plenty of time to speak with Exhibitors, Consultants and our Sponsors who bring new ideas on reaching your constituencies!
Socialize with your colleagues and meet other advancement professionals at our fantastic special event. Spend Sunday night at the Museum of Science which features open exhibits, dance floor, open bar and a laser light show. Our Awards Gala promises to be a truly elegant affair as we dine at the State Room overlooking the enchanting city of Boston.
So mark your calendar, contact your colleagues and bring your ideas to Boston from February 10-12 (pre-conferences on February 9) for Light the Flame. When great minds gather together, the flames will ignite.
We look forward to seeing you in February!
